Role:

Design Lead and Webflow Dev

Project overview:

I designed and developed a careers website for Responsible Group, which consists of three sister companies: Responsible Lending, Responsible Life, and Responsible Equity Release. The goal was to create a seamless and user-friendly platform for job seekers, with distinct pages for each company to cater to their specific job listings.

The company's only way of posting jobs was through Linkedin. Job postings on LinkedIn lack the ability to fully reflect the unique brand identy and managing job postings and applications through LinkedIn was cumbersome for the HR team, lacking a centralized system. Also, the company was potentially missing out on qualified candidates by only using the platform.

Thus, after having a chat with the HR team I came up with the idea of building a recruitment website which would encompass all vacancies for the sister companies and also implement the Google Jobs feature.

  • Identified the need for separate application pages for each brand to streamline the job posting and application process.
  • Collaborated with the HR and content team to define the user journey and company needs.
  • Used Figma to create wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Integrated separate job application pages for Responsible Lending, Responsible Life, and Responsible Equity Release, each with unique styling and functionality to match the respective brand.
  • Focused on a clean, professional layout that aligns with each brand’s identity while maintaining a cohesive look across the site.
  • Designed a clean, professional aesthetic that reflects Responsible Group’s brand values of trust and reliability.
  • Developed the website in Webflow.
  • Created a dynamic CMS for HR to easily add, edit, and manage job postings without needing technical expertise.
  • Ensured a responsive design to provide an optimal user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Delivered a professional, functional, and visually appealing careers website.
  • Improved the job application process for both the HR team and applicants.
  • Enhanced the company’s ability to attract and manage talent across their three brands.
